Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or before Sep 20, 2024 will receive a refund. Written notification of cancellations must be e-mailed to asiancomnet@usssociety.org.
i.Refund requests made before Aug 20, 2024 will be eligible for a 100% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
ii.Refund requests made between Aug 21 and Sep 5, 2024 will be eligible for a 70% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
iii.Refund requests made between Sep 6 and Sep 20, 2024 will only be eligible for a 50% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
iv.Any refund request made after Sep 20, 2024 will not be accepted.
Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
